2. Definitions

• Jewelry refers to all predesigned or customized jewelry pieces made with gold and certified lab-grown diamonds available through our website, private appointments, or events.
  
• Mounts are gold designs created to hold diamonds, which may be bought independently or along with lab-grown diamonds.
  
• Loose Diamonds are individually certified lab-grown diamonds not yet mounted into jewelry.

3. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

All trademarks, names, logos, brand elements, and creative content on Athera’s website and social platforms are the sole property of Athera Fine Jewelry. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

4. Pricing Policy

Our pricing is linked to real-time gold rates and certified diamond values. All listed prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations without prior notice.

• Final pricing is locked once advance payment is made.

Slight differences may occur between quoted estimates and final pricing due to gold weight or diamond size variance. This difference will be settled before final delivery.

5. Product Representation

While we strive to display products as accurately as possible, some variation may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting. Athera is not liable for minor visual discrepancies.

6. Warranty

Each Athera piece comes with:

• Diamond certification from an international lab (IGI/SGL/GIA).
  
• A lifetime buyback policy.
  
• A one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

We do not offer repair services for damages caused due to mishandling or wear and tear.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing will receive a full refund (minus 1% payment gateway charge).
  
• Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a INR 1,000 cancellation fee plus 1% payment gateway deduction.

Customized orders (made-to-order designs or size changes) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

Athera does not offer returns once the product is delivered and accepted. We believe in ethical production and transparent craftsmanship; each piece is handcrafted specially for you.

Instead, we proudly offer:

Buyback Policy

• Available on all products above INR 30,000.
  
• Applicable post 12 months from the date of purchase.
  
• Buyback value: 85% of gold value (as per current day rate) + 75% of diamond value (based on certification and condition).
  
• Making charges are non-refundable.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data (name, contact info, payment details, etc.) is stored securely and used only to fulfill your orders, appointments, or communications with Athera.

We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.

You may receive marketing emails or messages from Athera occasionally. You can opt-out anytime by contacting our team.

10. Limitation of Liability

Athera Fine Jewelry is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
  
• Delays caused by third-party logistics.
  
• Payment failures due to bank or technical errors.
  
• Any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Jurisdiction

All purchases and disputes are subject to the laws of India, and courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. PAN Card Requirement

As per Government of India regulations, PAN details are mandatory for purchases above INR 2,00,000 in a single day.

13. Gift & Offer Policy

• Free gifts (if any) are considered discounts. If a product with a gift is returned or canceled, the gift must also be returned or its price will be deducted.
